Weekly Mindfulness Meditation Group
Tuesday evenings 5:00-6:15 pm Pacific Time

Join us for a free weekly meditation group. Our meetings include guided and silent meditation, as well as an opportunity to explore mindfulness topics and questions. Drop-in's and newcomers are always welcome.

For the foreseeable future we will meet online via Zoom - although a hybrid in-person/online group may be forming in early 2023.

 

Please plan to log in between 5:00-5:10 pm (Pacific Time). 

5:00-5:15: Informal Sharing

5:15-5:45: Guided Meditation

5:45-6:15: Interactive Instruction & Closing Silence
