Weekly Mindfulness Meditation Group

Tuesday evenings 5:15-6:30 pm Pacific Time

Join us for a free weekly meditation group. Our meetings include guided and silent meditation, as well as an opportunity to explore mindfulness topics and questions. Drop-in's and newcomers are always welcome.

Due to COVID-19 precautions, for the foreseeable future we will meet online via Zoom. Please plan to log in between 5:10-5:20 pm (Pacific Time) at the latest. 

5:15-5:30: Informal Sharing

5:30-6:00: Guided Meditation

6:00-6:20: Interactive Instruction 

6:20-6:30: Silent Meditation
