Course and Session Fees
All our courses, workshops and individual training sessions include ongoing support for home meditation and mindfulness practice.

Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction, the gold-standard 8-week mindfulness curriculum, is on hiatus at the moment. Other workshops and classes are currently offered in-person and via Zoom as interest and availability allows.

Individual session fees begin at $140.
At present, we are not able to bill insurance. The benefits of private pay do include more confidentiality and flexibility regarding your plan of care.
