Course and Session Fees

All our courses, workshops and individual training sessions include ongoing support for home meditation and mindfulness practice.

Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction, the gold-standard 8-week mindfulness curriculum, is on hiatus at the moment due to COVID restrictions, but will hopefully be available again in early 2022. Other workshops and classes are currently offered via Zoom as interest and availability allows. 

Individual session fees begin at $125 for a mindfulness consultation or coaching session. (Sessions for couples tend to be slightly higher.) Sessions are held currently on Zoom - or outdoors as weather allows. For fully vaccinated individuals, indoor sessions are also available.

 

At present, we are not able to bill insurance. The benefits of private pay do include more confidentiality and flexibility regarding your plan of care.
